🌙 Sleep Essentials – £150
Two sessions designed to give you a clear plan and the confidence to make gentle changes.
Includes:
– Initial 75–90 minute assessment and consultation
– Personalised gentle sleep plan emailed after your session
– 45-minute follow-up session (online or in person)
– Printable calming strategies and visual tools
– WhatsApp support between sessions and up to 2 weeks after
Follow-Up Session – £75
Optional 45-minute session for continued support, tweaks, or new challenges.
