VIPP: Video-feedback Intervention to Promote Positive Parenting & Sensitive Discipline
VIPP-SD is a gentle, evidence-based programme that helps you strengthen your bond with your child and grow in confidence as a parent.
Designed for parents and carers of children aged 1 months to 5 years, it offers practical tools and compassionate guidance tailored to your family’s unique journey.
This programme has one of the strongest research bases worldwide for video-feedback interventions.
It is recommended in NICE’s Guideline on Children’s Attachment and is also listed by the Parent Infant Foundation as an evidence-based way of supporting parents and young children.
What To Expect
– 6–7 one-to-one sessions, delivered in your home (East Sussex) or online.
– 30-minute pre-programme consultation to explore your goals and priorities.
– Gentle filming of natural, everyday interactions (play, snack time, story time, etc.)
– Personalised video-feedback: together, we’ll watch short clips highlighting your strengths and gently explore areas for growth.
– Dedicated analysis and preparation time between sessions from a certified VIPP-SD practitioner, ensuring every visit is tailored to your family.
